I dare you--DARE YOU I say!--to find a drink as light, refreshing and downright summer-y as this one. Can't be done. I mean, I don't throw this term around lightly, but it's damn near whimsical.
And don't even get me started on how much vitamin C is in this drink.
Nantucket is a charming little island full of rich folks who wear faded red pants and (at least in my imagination) sip drinks like this all summer. So I figured that's an excellent name for this concoction.

- 2 oz Lemon juice
- 5 oz Limoncello
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Vinho Verde white wine
- Lemon slices, raspberries, strawberries (for garnish)
- Lemon soda water (optional)
